Rellenar es un mercado tecnológico que conecta compradores de agua con camioneros independientes que poseen permisos de acarreo de agua potable. Primary Outcome LLC no vende agua ni realiza entregas. Cada entrega es un contrato directo entre el comprador y el camionero, quien es un contratista independiente responsable de su equipo, su agua, sus permisos y su servicio.
Los camioneros fijan sus propios precios. Mientras esté vigente una orden de congelación de precios (como la Orden DACO 2026-003), la plataforma impide técnicamente que cualquier precio supere el precio regular registrado del vendedor previo a la orden. El comprador siempre ve un total único (agua + entrega) antes de confirmar.
Los pagos se procesan mediante Stripe. Tu método de pago se verifica al registrarte; se coloca una retención cuando el camión sale hacia tu dirección y el cobro se efectúa cuando confirmas la entrega. Puedes cancelar sin costo hasta que el camión salga hacia ti; una vez en camino, aplica el cargo de entrega. Disputas y reembolsos: support@primaryoutcome.com.
Debes proveer información veraz, tener al menos 18 años y usar el servicio conforme a la ley. Las calificaciones deben ser honestas. Podemos suspender cuentas por fraude, abuso o incumplimiento de permisos.
El camionero es responsable de la calidad del agua entregada, de la puntualidad y de cualquier daño durante la entrega, como lo sería en una venta fuera de la plataforma. En la máxima medida permitida por ley, la responsabilidad de Primary Outcome LLC se limita al monto de la transacción en cuestión.

Refill is a technology marketplace connecting water buyers with independent truck operators holding potable-water hauling permits. Primary Outcome LLC does not sell water or perform deliveries. Each delivery is a direct contract between the buyer and the operator, who is an independent contractor responsible for their equipment, water, permits, and service.
Operators set their own prices. While a price-freeze order (such as DACO Order 2026-003) is in effect, the platform technically prevents any price from exceeding the seller's registered pre-order regular price. Buyers always see a single all-in total (water + delivery) before confirming.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment method is verified at signup; a hold is placed when your truck starts the delivery (heads your way) and the charge is captured when you confirm delivery. You may cancel free of charge until your truck is on the way; once it's on the way, the delivery fee applies. Disputes and refunds: support@primaryoutcome.com.
You must provide truthful information, be at least 18, and use the service lawfully. Ratings must be honest. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or permit non-compliance.
The truck operator is responsible for the quality of delivered water, timeliness, and any damage during delivery, as they would be for any off-platform sale. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primary Outcome LLC's liability is limited to the amount of the transaction at issue.
